An inspiring guide to create some “me time” rituals for less stress and more peace.

If you’re ready to tap into high vibes on the daily and literally transform your life for the better, here is a list of self-care routines and mindfulness practices to implement.

Aim for regular sleeping schedules and for 7-8 hours of sleep a night. A good night sleep is so important for your emotional wellness.

Meditate to feel more aware and in the present. For thousand of years, meditation has been practiced to quiet the mind. This practice is powerful in releasing stress and anxious thoughts.

Take a walk. We often spend more time indoors (home or office for most of us) so it is important to find time to go outside and see the daylight and connect with nature. This is also an opportunity to get in movement.

Take a few deep breaths. You can do this anytime and anywhere. Simply take a full and deep breath into your abdomen through the nose, hold for a beat and then slowly breathe out. Repeat for a few rounds.

Stretch your body. A perfect time to strech your body is in the morning. It helps increase your energy and wake up your tired and stiff muscles.
