I'm Haya El Assaad, a certified 500-hour Hatha Yoga teacher from Beit Ra School of Yoga.

My approach to yoga goes beyond the physical—it's a journey of self-exploration, deep connection, and mindful movement. Blending traditional practices with modern insights, I create spaces for individuals to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom.

Whether through dynamic flows, restorative stillness, or somatic practices, my goal is to guide you toward a more embodied and balanced life.
