Raisins and Nuts Chocolate Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup hazelnuts, raw, unsalted, chopped into small pieces
½ cup almond, raw, unsalted, chopped into small pieces
1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa), or a bar broken into small pieces
1 teaspoon coconut oil
2 teaspoon raisins
½ teaspoon sea salt flakes
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil together.
Gently fold the hazelnuts, almonds, raisins, and sea salt into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring all the fruits and nuts are evenly coated.
Use a tablespoon to drop small clusters of the chocolate-coated hazelnuts onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or pour into mini baking cups
Garnish with choice of seeds for extra crunch (optional).
Set in the fridge for 2+ hours. Remove them from their moulds or the baking sheet then place them into an airtight container in the fridge.
