Raisins and Nuts Chocolate Bites

These no-bake nuts and raisins chocolate bites are easy to prepare and taste ultra-decadent and delicious. The perfect treat for those afternoon cravings.

Topped with a blend of seeds, they are super nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hazelnuts, raw, unsalted, chopped into small pieces

  • ½ cup almond, raw, unsalted, chopped into small pieces

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa), or a bar broken into small pieces

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • 2 teaspoon raisins

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt flakes

Instructions:

  • Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil together.

  • Gently fold the hazelnuts, almonds, raisins, and sea salt into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring all the fruits and nuts are evenly coated.

  • Use a tablespoon to drop small clusters of the chocolate-coated hazelnuts onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or pour into mini baking cups

  • Garnish with choice of seeds for extra crunch (optional).

  • Set in the fridge for 2+ hours. Remove them from their moulds or the baking sheet then place them into an airtight container in the fridge.
