Yin Yoga - يين (Free Online Class)

A deeply grounding and meditative journey blending Yin Yoga, embodiment practices, and the soulful resonance of sound healing. This class is designed to guide you into deep relaxation and connection with your body, incorporating sound and music with specific frequencies to combine spirituality and embodiment into the experience.

Class Structure:

  • We begin with pranayama & meditation to settle the mind and prepare the body.

  • Slow, introspective Yin postures allow for deep release and surrender, supported by mindful breathwork.

  • The experience is enhanced by sound healing elements and music to deepen the emotional and energetic connection.

  • We close with a restorative Savasana for full integration and relaxation.

Recommendations for Your Space:

  • Be in a quiet, undisturbed environment.

  • Wear comfortable, warm clothing as movement will be minimal.

  • Prepare pillows, a blanket, and any props for full comfort.

  • Dim the lights and light a candle to create a sacred atmosphere.

  • Cleanse the space with palo santo, sage, or incense, or simply set an intention for deep rest and presence.
