A deeply grounding and meditative journey, our Full Moon Yin Yoga practice blends Yin Yoga, embodiment techniques, and the soulful resonance of sound healing to align body, mind, and spirit. This practice is designed to guide you into profound relaxation, helping you connect with your true self and the moon’s energy while incorporating sound frequencies that enhance the spiritual and embodied experience.

Class Structure:

  • We begin with pranayama & meditation to calm the mind and open the body.

  • Slow, introspective Yin postures invite deep release, surrender, and stillness, supported by mindful breathwork.

  • Sound healing elements and music deepen the emotional and energetic connection, aligning with the Full Moon’s energy.

  • We close with a restorative Savasana, allowing for full integration and relaxation.

Recommendations for Your Space:

  • Be in a quiet, undisturbed environment.

  • Wear comfortable, warm clothing as movement will be minimal.

  • Prepare pillows, a blanket, and any props to support your comfort.

  • Dim the lights, light a candle, and create a sacred atmosphere.

  • Cleanse the space with palo santo, sage, or incense, or set an intention for deep rest and healing.

This practice invites you to soften, receive, and reconnect—a time to listen deeply to your body and immerse yourself in the healing power of stillness and sound.
