Her flexible and easygoing nature sets the tone for her workshops, which also combines breath and movement, with lessons (for free!) on ayuverdic approaches to food and well-being. Her teaching focuses on aligning and harmonizing mind, body, and soul. She's also fun; she makes her students laugh, and her space is one that allows us to trip, play, and reconnect to the child within.
